Strategy consulting projects are trimmed to each client's individual situation. Consulting projects are often internal projects, where Blu Business Development employees work fully integrated into client's teams.
Business development execution projects often require direct market interaction. In such cases Blu Business Development assumes functional responsibility on behalf of the client and fully represents it's clients towards third parties.
